Professionals/Salon: FREE ground shipping on all orders over $75.00 US pre-tax. On orders under $75.00 US, a flat ground shipping fee of $9.95 is applied. UNITED STATES ONLY.
Exporters/Distributors: One of our customer service representatives will call or email you to determine shipping charges (i.e. weight, freight, customs) and confirm the order.
Return/Exchange Policy
Exchange of damaged merchandise only. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Star Nail products has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse.
Shipments & Returns
Allow 3 working days for processing. Damages in shipment must be reported to carrier within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sellable condition. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. Fed-Ex delivery service, UPS overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air services are available for an additional charge.
